I use Google Reader, and every time I run across a blog post or a news item I think I should put up, I mark it with the little "share this" button, and then it languishes in that file until I get around to it. Consider this cleaning house.
- Somebody made up Harry Potter covers in the style of those Penguin Classics with the sixties-sci-fi vibe about them. I kinda love them. Really really. Thanks to 100 Scope Notes for pointing the way.
- Liz Burns of A Chair, a Fireplace, and a Tea Cozy pointed me at this article about getting grown-ups to read YA. Oh yeah.
- Pride and Prejudice in comic form. O . . . kay. Looks like we're in for another Austen renaissance. Thanks to Smart Bitches, Trashy Books for the link.
- This? Right here? Major glee. Ultimate glee. He's pretty hard on schools, but the things he says about public libraries make me want to rush over to his local branch and shake every single staff member warmly by the hand. Thanks to the Goddess of YA Literature for the link.
