What if I told you that for the cost of a few extra minutes a day, you can boost your blog readership, foster a feeling of connection, and make someone’s day? Does that sound like something you might be interested in?The Challenge runs for 21 days, from Friday the 8th through Thursday the 28th. They challenge you to comment on five different kidlitosphere blogs a day and there's a prize drawing for those who hit 100 comments. Plus, y'know, you might get a few extra comments yourself. Zowie!
Well, I’m talking about commenting, and the power is in your hands to make a difference.
Commenting more was one of my 2010 blog resolutions, so I'm hoping to succeed at this challenge to create the commenting habit for the rest of the year. Good luck, everyone!

I just joined the challenge as part of Bloggiesta, but will stick with it for the rest of the month. Agree that getting comments can really make someone's day! :)
Wow, great challenge! Commenting is definitely something I need to do more of, and is a great way to build our community of writers. Thanks for initiating this!
So I'm commenting here because I'm tracking my comments and I accidentally tallied the five little lines across instead of making the fifth line across, so now I have to comment somewhere so that I can make that little crossing line and preserve the integrity of my tally sheet.
Thank you. ;^)
Awesome! Good luck, Alexia!
Thanks for joining us, Emily. Wish I could take credit for initiating, but alas, I'm just spreading the word that MotherReader and Lee Wind started.
Anything to help you reach your tally, MR!
Hello fellow children's librarian and English major! I'll be happy to follow your blog.
Hello, I’m a Comment Challenge participant. Great to discover your blog! I live in the same town and am a big fan of our library. Nice to meet you.
(I found blog through a FB library post).
